I'm was never a civil servant. Neither were the rest of my family. However, all of us benefitted from the policies of the PAP because what LKY did was create opportunities for success which we grabbed with both hands.

Those who have not benefitted from the system only have themselves to blame for being too lazy or too dumb or a combination of both.
