tried spirulina but really didn't make much of a difference..............so wheat grass and barley grass.............which one better for detox ?


took barley grass long ago and it was good...................but got giddy becoz of detox and got scared, so stopped...............

was there with my kids. quite a fun place for families. they grow mushrooms, cactus and aleo vera too. mainly the wheat grass though. theres a small shop/cafe where they sell the products in various forms. really interesting 'country' atmosphere and i dont think the wheatgrass is 13 usd for 400gr, cant remember though.

You can try NTUC, some branches may still sell wheat grass in packets of 100gm for $2.50 (may have increased in price). Only possible inconveniences:

1 You have to buy a juicer and juice it yourself. Drink it straight after juicing and you get the best results;
2. You have to bear the fresh taste of wheatgrass, but then as the saying goes, good medicine tastes bitter;
3. Your body must be able to accept the fresh wheat grass juice. Some have rare reaction of straight in, straight out.

Used to juice and take wheat grass for many years and find that it was good, helped with digestion, protection of teeth and gums as well as general health.

I started with the Miracle Red & because of the positive results I've added the Greens formula.

I used to take plenty of individual supplements but sometimes got the wrong combination & had problems. Mixtures like these Miracle products are designed as "foundational" products something like multi-vitamins. However since they are made of natual plants & fruits I think they work better .

If you have so many problems, I think "foundational" products help. After 2 to 3 months of use you can better gauge if the products work for you.
The typical Sporean diet is inadequate. You get too much starch, salt, carbohydrates, Omega 6,.. After years of eating all that it's not surprising that people start having health problems.

Be sure to put some effort into exercising even if it's just walking, push ups, stretching,... It will help get the metabolism going & the sweat will help the body to detox all the heavy metals & toxins from the body.

Can purchase a mini trampoline(rebounder) from Albi for less than $200. Was thinking of getting one years ago but since I already have a nordic track & space was a premium so I didn't get one.
