PAP indoctrination is really making sinkie youth mentally retarded today. Rob cabbie and can leave their Iphone behind. And then make a police report for the Iphone, hence revealing their identities even easier? This kind of fucking stupid kids are being raised in singapore now? For $5 lousy dollars? The cabbie is another idiot. Should have just kept the Iphone, and sell it. Its got to be worth more then $5.
Singapore teens rob cabby of $3.60, leaves iPhone behind
The three youths' plan to rob a cab driver in Singapore didn't work out the way they expected. Oops.
If you're going to rob a cab, it's perhaps best not to leave any evidence behind, or if you do, and it happens to be an Apple iPhone, don't go to the police for help in locating it, because that's how you get arrested and put on probation.
And if this all sounds made up, it really happened to three Singapore youths who thought they had the perfect plan. After boarding a cab and telling the driver to take them to a skate park near a tourist attraction, the youths then assaulted the driver and made away with a coin pouch containing S$5 ($3.60, £2.5 AU$5) before realizing one of them had left his iPhone in the cab.
The one who lost the phone then decided to make a police report to claim he had been assaulted and had his belongings stolen, presumably to hide the fact that he wasn't the one who left it in the cab. He and his buddies were arrested later that day. Two youths were given two years probation for their misdeeds, while the last is waiting to be tried as an adult.
