When everyone is playing with their phones at the table and no one is talking to each other?
 
No point at all. You get more attention sending whatsapp messages.
 
I much rather prefer to not have gatherings because I am afraid of catching covid.
 
In 15-20yrs time, no one will be keen to meet up in person.. Everything will be online, all live conversations will be via zoom or whatsapp etc...
