Pollutants & trans fats take time to build up in the body. They'll accumulate in the body & will eventually interfere with the various bodily functions.
If you don't do the necessary lifestyle changes e.g. avoid trans fat you'll get the bad news in your 40's or 50's: high cholesterol, type II diabetes, cancers,...:(
I'm not here to preach, only to share info.
hi food that contains trans fats are fast food and hawker centre food correct?
Or just simply fast food?
