If you are filthy rich, even Afghanistan is a paradise for you, if you are a fucking peasent, you will be a preasent whever you go and people will still piss on you...get it?
Western philosophy and civilization, temperate climates, free press, affordable housing and transport, quality education, vibrant arts, right to arms (+/- depending on your perspective, I think it's +++), no conscription, social safety nets, political change.
I think those are main points.
