Do we avoid hawker stalls with "C" grade in hygiene or count on NEA to charge them if we die from eating their food?

You are the one that ultimately make the decision whether to patronise those hawker's stall with "C" grading for hygience.

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses,
And all the king's men,
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

The question is what does NEA do after giving a "C" grade to a hawker?

Just leave it to the people to make the decision whether to eat there? Put them under probation and suspend their licence if they dun upgrade to at least a "B" by end of probation? Or just simply ask them to paste the "C" sign big big on their stall and be ready to sue them if you die fro eating their food?

almost all the hawkers stalls in geylang seria are given "C" after 2 days of cleaing...

the question now is why after cleaing, still C ??
is NEA telling the public that cleaning is not properly done ??

or is NEA saying that the previou grade "B" that they got before cleaning are not counted ?? then say have NEA been doing before the cleaing ??

what is going on ??
