I am lazy to wash kettle

It's actually easier and faster to rinse kettle than to wipe clean a microwave, especially if you use it to cook eggs and other foods which splatter oil onto the ceiling and around inside the microwave. But if you still prefer a microwave, I'm using the PowerPac (Sg brand) one below, works well without problems for over a year liao. Now at a discount.

Depends on what type of food you cook in the microwave, may or may not need cleaning.

But if you hate cleaning, electric kettle is best for cooking instant noodles, no cleaning required. But you're limited to cracking an egg into your soup noodles, instead of a fried egg (which microwave can do).

If all you want to do is cook maggie noodles, just invest in an induction cooker. Can cook some other foods quickly too. I think Tefal sells some decent ones.
