if young family can buy and live in maisonette ... old already cannot liao .... walk up and down the stairs very fast will 1 day roll down become paralyse or handicap one ... normal hdb safer :whistling:
 
I currently live in a rented flat in toa payoh. My aim is to be able to afford my own flat. The pap promised that during the 1960s, and I am still working towards that! :thumbsup:

Different people will have different needs for their home.
For me, I wouldn't want to have any extra spaces, as long as there are sufficient space for the individuals in the household.
Becos extra means more ex, and at the same time, it means more area to clean.
I doesn't like the idea of having another extra room for storage, becos I don't store things at home. Every items in my house are of use, nothing extra.

I prioritise easy assess to transportation, rather than size or type of flats.
