Virus is NOT a living organism it is produce by our body like having a fever a temperature to kill off bacteria and toxins collected in our body due to foods coloring, food shelf methods and chemicals like sprays of sorts etc.
The 'Virus' that only attack the lungs and not other parts of the body means it is only produced by the cells structure of the host there is no way it can be passed to another in whatever form only way you can 'transfer' it to another is by Vaccine or injection hence there is also no way bats or swine flu can be transferred to humans.
