ST Electronics clinches S$100m contract to provide combat system

ChannelNewsasia.com - 12 hrs 35 mins ago

SINGAPORE: ST Electronics, the electronics arm of ST Engineering, has won a S$100 million project to provide the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) with the Advanced Combat Man System.

The project will start immediately and is expected to be completed by 2012.

The combat system is being jointly developed by the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), the SAF and ST Electronics.

The system is designed to provide advanced fighting capabilities to soldiers.

It is part of the SAF's Third Generation Transformation and is in line with its goal to progressively provide tactical units with network capabilities.

HAHAHHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sinkieland with its wayang stunt again. Can't you tell? Sinkie losers are done for. Get ready to sink.

The money didn't come from overseas. It just move from the east of sinkieand and to the west of sinkieland. WAHAHHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This article will also alert some of ST business partners to look out for some tenders that they will be throwing out soon.

So it is not really a left hand to right hand thing. Left hand passed the money to right hand, right hand keep some and give some to others to help him with the goods that will be delivered to left hand eventually.

Sinkie how low can you get. ST Engineering's Board of Directors are mainly made up of MINDEF people...there is nothing to be happy about giving contract to yourself. It is like selling your house to your children for a record profit, does that increase your family's financial standing???

YOu still dun get it , do you.

It shows that the PAP govt has made sinkieland very unattractive to foreign investment and now they need to play with themselves.
