Do the common people matter? Singapore is a rich man's playground. If you cannot afford a pigeon hole then pitch a tent at East Coast Park or share a dorm with the Banglas.

Stop trolling here. I don't know what property industry market you are referring to. 80% of sinkies are renting their residences from the HDB, I hardly call that a property market, more like a rental market. Tenants are not involved in any property market, got it?
