SINGAPORE — A 30-year-old woman who was knocked down by a bus in Punggol this morning has died from her injuries.
The accident happened at about 6.45am along Punggol Place today (May 15).
When Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers arrived at the scene, the woman had to be pulled out from under the bus.
She was unconscious and was brought to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries and died.
A 30-year-old bus driver was arrested and investigations are still on-going, police said in a statement.
