Based on this fact, Singapore is definitely more than 90. However, in which bell curve you are at depends on your profession and academic performance.
Many basic jobs like cashiers requires more than >90. You will also require exceptionally high IQ individuals for innovations and break thrus.
Low IQ countries or societies I am afraid have no chance in present competitive world.
