What is the English term for "精神" ?

Google translates as "Spirit" but it just doesn't feel right. For example "你精神很差" cannot be "Your spirit is very bad", rite ?

The Chinese vocabulary is huge, Simple words may mean differently. Perhaps in your case, 精神 means health & vitality which is often meant in such manner amongst ETHNIC Chinese in our World ?
