Refuse to go work>> take MC or urgent leave
Strike >>> gather a group stand in front of company demand something.

Strait Times/CNA/SG media done it again try to spin story. Cheebye ask then go back to school.

hi there

1. shittytimes is just one ball-less publication.

Strike action, also called labor strike, on strike, greve (of French: grève), or simply strike, is a work stoppage caused by the mass refusal of employees to work. A strike usually takes place in response to employee grievances.

2. still waiting for its grand masters' instructions on what is to be printed mah:mad:

We'll love to see Shitty Times journalists go on strike, demanding free Press.

Hundreds of strikes in China and only we don't know about it. PAP has now open a can of worms inviting PRCs to work here and oppoistion parties should bring more PRCs to Parliament to get even with the PAP.

haha first of many to come. bet the next group wouldbe the Indians FT, then Pinoys, etc. The flood gates have been open. worse the shitty times is trying all sort of linguistics tricks, double speak. all these China/ india / Pinoys are nothing but troubles.:biggrin::biggrin:

This strike by the ah tiong is really the start. I just told my wife this morning that sg hasnt had any labour strikes for a long time. Our govt do not condone strikes as they might cripple the economy. Now with this strike, singaporeans might just find the balls to stage strikes to oppose any labour policies. Good.

And for smrt, they might just wake up and realise that bringing in cheapskate 3rd world labour DO NOT solve labour shortage in sg.

This is the reason why PAP inmport foreign talent - to teach balless sinkies how to stand up for themselves.

I blame years of indoctrination and Pavlovian conditioning.

There's a specially crafted song exhorting Sinkies to 'stand up for Singapore', but no similar song telling them to stand up for themselves.

If you review the lyrics 'Stand Up for Singapore', you'll find them to be highly evil and suggestive. 'Give a little more'? 'Do it with a smile'? Yikes!

Artificially inflating the country's population in greedy pursuit of GDP?

Like the saying goes: 'there is no free lunch'. Someone's gotta pay for the consequences.
