What if:

1. LHL pushes through the White Paper to reserve the EP for only Malay candidates at PE 2017
2. 20% of Singaporeans boycott and 30% destroy their votes at the PE 2017
3. 33% voted for PAP endorsed Malay Candidate
4. 17% voted for Alternative Malay Candidate

PAP candidate gets elected with 33% of eligible votes.

Will the official result of PE 2017 be "Singapore President was elected with 33% of eligible votes"?

That would be a hard slap for pap

U dont like the thought of another 33% SG President in 2017?

That can happen when:
1. 50% of Singaporean voters boycott or destroy their votes
2. 17% voters vote for the Alternative candidate

Never underestimate and assume that Singaporean voters are fools.

They may just surprise the pap by sending in another 33% Singapore President

The pap may try to salvage its reputation by sending in its best candidate, Halimah, as Presidential Candidate 2017. As the bar is set very high, not many malay qualify, to look like the election is democratic, Tarmuggi, stands against Halimah. This is time for Singaporeans to show its displeasure by sending in a 33% President again
