What have the PAP done in Punggol East after GE 2011? Local issues like childcare, school and jobs will be what the PAP promised to work on this BE?

Childcare, school and jobs - PAP are sleeping in Punggol East, with the full bureaucracy and govt machinery behind them, these problems should not be of concern, surely. Prolly don't care until now they have to, if not for by-election.
