take a look at holland drive, where the hdb is rebuilding three new blocks around an existing point block still occupied by residence. is that grerrymeandering?
when election result show positive response from vote count, they will automatically build more HDB in that district so they can increase the chances for next GE. AMK for example, they suddenly build few more new blocks in the middle of the carpark, then they build a MSCP by the side, to accomodate.
So now, there's no more need to own tv, just look out window into the opposite neighbour's unit to see TV programme. No need to have home phone, just talk to neighbour from the window.
