Will their EPs be terminated straight away?
Will they be allowed to continue to stay in Singapore to look for another job?
Will they have retrenchment benefit, same as the local Singaporeans, if, a BIG if, it's given.
How long will they be allowed to continue to remain, till their expiry of their EP, or should it ite in with their employment, once terminated, it's out within 2 weeks or 1 month.
What if they choose to remain here, with the expiry of their passes, who will be responsible. The companies that hired them in the first place or they are pretty much on their own, becoming illegal workers.
Will we see more of these as the economy worsen moving forward.....
