What happen to THE NOOSE show

The only decent local production by Mediacock on Channel 5, The Noose that poke fun at various local issues including the government!!! it somehow ended abruptly in season 2!! what happened? ordered to stop or what?? it was hilarious and one of the best show on channel 5..anyone shed some light?

They probably wanted Gurmit Singh to focus on his hit Cosmo & George

I can say that I have never watched the local shows accept the makan ones

wtf is cosmo and george..the singh wasnt even in season 2 of the show...and i thought the show ended rather abruptly for season 2..anyone can clarify?
