I know that I am moving to a topic that put off some people. But for those of us who came from a politically uniquely run Singapore,
what do we think of the press - esp all the bad news we read about (esp crime)
and what do you think of politics - we have to vote in election every now and then. Walkover is almost unheard of in western democracy?
Do you take news at face value? or believe what the politicians say?
In Australia, we have 3 levels of government, Local, State and Federal.
I think Canada has 3 levels of government as well.
