Sing songs, Bible lessons, PG-rated games and activities (indoor or outdoor).
Something like university orientation, but for younger kids or teens, with a Christian coating.
Once upon a time, I went to one at NTU. They had some dorm rooms for the kids to sleep overnight. There was one part where we walked underneath the drain cover, along the sewage pipe, for a 'treasure hunt' game. The follies of our youth.
