Excuses for sinkie cabbies to skive. Their 5 minute toilet breaks often translate into 1 hour long coffee and chitchat break, which affects national productivity. No wonder so many drivers complain that they find it hard to pay taxi rents.

The solution is to tie a rubber band around their penises. That should reduce their actual toilet breaks to just once during their shift. A PG-13 illustration is shown below.
