It was only recently that I put up mine and chose the Suzuki T20. Although I do not have a motorcycle now, but it was the short two years in my life that influence much of my thinking and behaviour till now. I picked the T20 because that was the bike that put the surge and thrill of motorcycling into me. Was the first mass produced bike with a six-speed gearbox, the first 250 cc to hit 100 mph (in good condition) and for my size and experience in those days, a perfect fit. The only thing the fucking engineers at Suzuki screwed up was the kick-start (no cissy electric starter then) was on the LEFT side! Since then I've liked some other models (RD350/400, CB750, Z-1 900) but the Suzy was what got me rolling.
