i prefer the ex premier Abdullah type... when pple asked for curry favor, everything is 10%

I wouldn't mind that kind of curry favor ( call me boss all the time ), but if I have to teach and do it for them, I must well keep the 10 % to myself.

Recently, my family ordered fish head curry from a Chinese Zhi Char stall. When it was served to us, it tasted like the Indian Curry type with a typical "Indian flavor" . My family disliked it. They shunned the dish. I had no choice but to finish it or it would be wasted...but later in the night, I had a severe bout of diarrhea. Indian curry too strong!

What type of Curry Favor do you like?

Basically curry is either Indian or Malay or Chinese..............most Chinese find Chinese curry okay while Indian too spicy.
Curry fish head also got lemak or assam even if Chinese recipe..... curry fish head here is overpriced. Go JB if one cheap and very good........... along Jln Ah Fook - long Q

north uses yogurt while south uses coconut.......... yogurt healthier

Technically Chinese curry is hainanese curry as the other dialects dunno how to make curry......and hainanese curry in itself is another whole cuisine altogether.....think hainanese curry rice
