Singapore is not a clean city.

It is a cleaned city. All the rubbish, all the litter thrown by inconsiderate a-holes is swept up by an army of workers.

Usually foreigners, these people sweep up the crap that isn’t properly thrown away like civilised human beings should do.

Singaporeans generate a lot of trash.

And unfortunately, even though we’ve got some of the highest-educated people in the world, a lot of them obviously didn’t listen when they were taught to throw away their own damn rubbish. Agree?

it's like an episode of twilight zone. wakes up early at 6.9am in the morning in sg, goes for a walk at the twilight zone hour, and one will see the clean up crew in their colorful uniforms busy at work clearing trash and sweeping the streets. by the time the sun is up, they are gone. poof! like they never existed. and the streets are spanking clean again.
