Each time PAP MP or Minister challenges Opposition MPs to come up with a solution to the problem raised, the Opposition MP must reaffirm with the PAP MP or Minister concerned if the challenge amounts to an implied admission by the PAP MP or Minister that the problem exists and it's indeed a problem that the PAP MP or Minister cannot solve.
The Opposition MPs have solutions, but things must be carried out in sequence. A question must come before the answer. Does the PAP MP admit that he has a problem he cannot solve ? Make that admission, and we will offer you the solution. If the PAP MP thinks everything is fine, why ask for solutions ?
