KNN it depends . if his most outside stools are some semi hard and some liquid, the wet fart may push some liquid and got saved by the pile of semi hard stools KNN if can't be saved it will shoot out and stains the undies KNN my uncle encountered total wet fart without any goal keepers and whole underwear was stained and drip out of the pants till the thigh KNN
