There's no way you can slap CPE. Her case started with a filmsy accusation. It is normal for degree courses to release the same exam questions, not for students to memorize but to see how students will answer the questions in different ways.

Next the defence of preventing government bodies from suing is hopeless. Tell me where in the world does that happen.
