1) No Purchases Order from EU and USA

2) No New Product Demands

3) Purchase Power from East Asia and Asia Pacific not strong, we do not had single currency

6) Local staff always facing cheaper staff from East Asia

7) Work Permit Approval does not require to understanding operational staff or normal working hour staff. Singaporean had no problem to work for 5 days week and 9am-5.30pm. MOM does not has rule to enforce who to work for normal working hour and only Singaporean who had the qualification will sit in for the position. The reason Singaporean loss job is enforcing employment act whereby pass holder does not need that.

8) S pass and Employment Pass approval do not require to understanding type of entry.
a) Base on experience to train Singaporean
b) Base on Shortage of manpower due operational working hour
c) Base on local gradates who potential to be Singapore PR

9) Before approval for Work Permit, S pass and Employment Pass, employer do not need to show the charter Bus Number for transportation, Dormitory Number for shelter, Bank Accounts for Salary payment and Air Ticket / Train Ticket / Bus Ticket / Boat Ticket for yearly two and flow. This is the loophole that HR Department and Finance Department never take it as yearly budget.

10) General Worker, Staff, Executive and Manager salary, our NWC never give a guide line that link with origin country, Malaysia, India, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, China and Brunei to make sure our operation work force cost is reasonable to compete with them. There is no reason to over pay our pass holder staff, example Malaysian staff work as executive Sing Dollar $1K why must we over pay them with $1.5K to $2.5K????? Plus Housing allowance $180.00. Plus Transport allowance $100.00. Plus Food allowance $80.00. Cost saving mean, pay them cheap. We shall enforce some position had to remain for Singaporean. Over pay them, some more our employer want to cut MOM levy???? Very confusing salary system.

11) NTUC never set a rule for local staff and pass hold staff handbook to Government, Listed Company, 1000 staff group company, 500 staff group company, 250 staff group company, 100 staff group company, 50 staff SME and 10 staff small firm company.

12) To remain some position for Singaporean, we need professional cert. like HR Manager Practice licenses, HR Executive Practice licenses, HR Assistant Practice licenses, HR Clerk Practice licenses, Accountant Practice licenses, Accounts Executive Practice licenses, Accounts Assistant Practice licenses, Accounts Clerk Practice licenses, Doctor Practice licenses, Register Nurse Practice licenses, Assistant Nurse Practice licenses, Health Care Practice licenses, Health Care Assistant Practice licenses, Lawyer Practice licenses, Admin Manager Practice licenses, Secretary Practice licenses, Admin Assistant Practice licenses, Admin Clerk Practice licenses and so on.
