Wave marina cove in jb

Any staying there? How was the condition? It started its sale in year 2013 but seems theres still alot of vacancies. I found out that this condominium is not ioi project but is trilink pyramid. Ioi is just being used in this project as a way to boost their market. This wave marina cove is not under the ioi lists of project. Anyone staying there or have idea about this condominium?
