warning! expiration in cash card

yesterday 1/aug/2014 kena stuck at people park multi storey (near OG)during peak hour.
i just top up $50 the day before.
yesterday it read error .
call nets to ask why..damm hotline, forever busy.
give up.
press intercom, pinoy girl say system no problem.pls insert alternate cashcard

upon closer check,the fine print on the cashcard say expiry date : 31/july/2014
chao turban.chao turtle. this one not milk powder why got expiry date.

bo bian have to make all cars reverse back to buy a new cashcard.

anyone knows why "they" put expire on the cashcard?

There is a deposit cash vale on the card, knowing lazy sinkie ..making transfer troublesome, sinkie will just dump the cash, PAP sapu your remaining value and card deposit.

Where can I get a refund if my CashCard has expired?
You may obtain an immediate refund on a non-damaged CashCard from
any DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB ATM (select 'More Services')
any iNETS kiosk for DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB bank customers

For other refund cases (including damaged cards), please visit either the NETS Customer Service Centre located at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01 Central Plaza, Singapore 168730 or any OCBC & UOB bank branch to return your CashCard.

Fill up the form legibly
Tear and keep the last copy of the refund form
Insert your CashCard and the form into the CashCard Refund Envelopes (also available from the teller)
Seal the envelope
