Dear all bros

I want to set up a hair salon. Need advice from bros or preferably salon owners or ex-salon owners.

My capital is 60k. Looking for a 1500sqft - 2200sqft ground floor shop. From Tanjong Pagar to Chinatown to Bugis area.

Rental budget < $12000. If sign agreement need 2 month deposit and 1 month advance so $36000.

I left $24000 for renovation and equipments. Enough or not ah ?

Looking to hire 15 SYTs from China, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia.

But what is the 1st thing to do ah ? Register a business first or find shop first or find staff first ?

Wait i find shop, then cannot find staff how ?

Wait i find staff cannot find shop how ?

Wait i find shop and staff but cannot get licence how ? (Im a yellowribbon ya !)

First time setting up business so ask ask here first.

Thank you in advance for your kind advise.

Want to add How many Malaysians can i hire ? How many China/Vietnam/Thailand mei mei can i hire ?

cant help you with advice...but will be your customer when you get started.

can can...announce here la when you open....i am sure many bros here will chiong to your place.

By the way bro...why did you post this in this section....not so many people come here.

Post it in the main section and more bros will see it. Then you monitor the thread to see it does not sink into oblivion...can do that by making occasional posts of your own.

Maybe you could ask one of the mods to transfer this thread to the main section.

All the best.

Thank you

I will get the most SYTest to serve you
