Want new policies from Ang Moh or Nihon? Pay to host centre !!

Peasantpore: Peasantpore and the ultimate Talk Fest organisation, the bankrupt (morally too) United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) have signed an agreement to set up a Global Centre for Public Rulership Excellence.

UNDP administrator, Ang Moh Helen Clark and Peasantpore's Minion for Vassal Affairs and Minion for Kangaroo Law, 山木庚, inked the deal in New York on Tuesday.

"Peasantpore has been learning and adapting our Ang Moh theories and ideas on statecraft. Because the Peasantpore regime has absolute political power, they have been able to implement our ideas despite any backlash or rebellion from peasants. Some policies worked but some screwed up many peasants but collectively they have a profound effect on the opportunities and quality of life of all peasants. Peasantpore cannot steal all the ideas all the time for free, so it must spend some money to set up this centre to pay back what it took from us Ang Mohs. You guys took our ideas and never give us the credit but call our rulers inefficient, corrupt and our people lazy dole seekers," lamented Ang Moh Clark.

Ang Moh Clark said the purpose is to create a place where the best ideas on statecraft, propoganda strategies and institutional innovation can be consolidated and shared with senior policy makers around the Asiatic world. Peasantpore is expected to pay for the centre as it has a free ride for decades. For example, the regime took the following from the various Ang Mohs and Nihons....
Brits
1.CPF
2.Infernal Security Act
3.Road use pricing e.g. CBD, ERP, COE is a successful variant
4.Forced annunities

Uncle Sam
1.Workfare

Nippon
1.Amakudari

Soviet Union+Commie PRC
1.Show trials
2.Social engineering e.g. streaming, eugenics, 'Stop at 2'
3.Hundred Flowers' Campaign aka National Conversation

山木庚 said the new research centre is a tribute to Peasantpore's long history of stealing ideas on statecraft from the advanced Ang Moh and Nihon states.

The centre will analyse and disseminate the latest theories and ideas from Ang Moh think-tanks and universities. It is expected the Asiatic policy makers in Peasantpore and other nearby basket cases will benefit from stealing Ang Moh and Nihon ideas regarding statecraft using the paid centre as a front.

An interim director, probably another Ang Moh who will undoubtly spend his time in various KTV lounges playing games with PRC hostesses has already been designated for the centre.
