At 1:20 am on July 17, in the open-air parking lot in front of Block 127, Bedok North Street 2, a car was hit by two cans, leaving two large dents in the hood.

The owner of the car, Mr. Tang (69, retired), told Shinming Daily that his car had been damaged for less than seven months and needed to claim insurance to repair it.

Now he didn't dare to park his car downstairs in HDB, so he had to drive to a multi-storey parking lot farther away.

When questioned, the police confirmed that the case was still under investigation.
