Lorries and all heavy and commercial vehicles (those that have speed limit of 70km/h) should be banned from expressways and time on the roads limited. Ie only can travel between 11pm - 7pm only.
Likewise motorbikes banned from expressways.
No bicycles on the roads and all PMDs etc banned for good.
This would make for a better and safer roads
