"Shrinkflation" is real and hitting us straight in our wallets. While some food establishments overseas quietly portions per serving instead of raising prices, the same cannot be said for F&B business owners in S'pore. Many hawkers are not simply hiking prices, but also resorting to skimping on portion sizes and ingredients in order to give diners a double whammy!
