The threat comes as the Russian leader said the response to counterstrikes will be "lightning fast." The missile can fly 11,000 miles, carry 15 warheads and has the potential to destroy an area the size of France. Accusing the West of using Ukrainians as "expendable materials," he added that they "prepared en masse an economic war against Russia, step by step, using all kinds of pretexts and sometimes none at all to pass sanctions." It comes as pro-Putin TV anchor Vladimir Solovyov threatened to blow "boorish Britain" using the deadly 16,000mph Satan 2 nuke, over the UK's support for Ukraine. "As it turned out, one Sarmat means minus one Great Britain," he said on the Kremlin-controlled state TV channel.
