I thought I saw a short clip of him trying to interrupt & please the speaker when LHL was screening the YOG ceremony. Eeeek!! it freaked me out when I saw his limpy hands pointing towards the stage TO STEAL ATTENTION!!! as if there is no better time than NDR to prematurely claim his credit for the game.

thought I saw that too, not during live telecast though but on some news clips the camera then quickly zoom away
