The truth is :
Seed oils are polyunsaturated fats and are healthy (I especially recommend Sesame oil for health, just as healthy as olive oil but tastes better).

The more omega 6 you consume, the healthier you'll be. It's just that omega 3 is even better, but it's a wrong and stupid to fearfully avoid omega 6 (which are still healthy for you, the more the better, both omega 3 and 6).
