next problem is what can russia do to convert all the billions of unwanted ceca rupees that have accumulated when india buys oil from russia? nobody wants rupees and this direct rupee-for-oil deal means russia will be sitting on bunches of banana notes forever. lol!

That's why you need a financial hub with thousands and thousands of CECA and a CECA CEO managed bank that can remit the rupees to the foreign talent's
account in motherland and use them to buy land, gold or pay thousands of dependants there. The Delhi BS can be a true offshore rupee clearing bank, if you don't mind the occcasional system down problem
