I dare say that your wish will not materialize. Not only does America forbids, but almost all of the EU countries are of the same mind. A good example which you can see for yourself is that Leopard 2 tanks are already on the way to Kiev. Don't keep on denying facts. It won't do you nor your whole family any good at all.
It's more feasible and practical for you to wish for your family members 万岁 instead. After all, how is Bloodymir Putin related to you? By Blood Relation?
