No one gives a flying fuck. All this does is provide jobs to some jiakliaobees to 'grade' the drinks and to manufacture/paste those stickers on the beverages.
Same as this nonsense:
Too many jiakliaobees in this bloated 'cradle to grave' nanny govt, they have to constantly invent nonsense to do to justify their very existence.
