Then need to research who is the developer building that condo and its track record.
and also its maintenance fee and the quality maintenance of the building? Need to check who manage it too and its track record.

i used to follow an american chinese guy who move to bangkok in a youtube video channel of his. Give us tips from his experience buying a condo in bangkok and his life there. His wise advice i still remember is this.

He chose a condo that has already many occupants like 80 to 90% and the building is not new but well maintain for basic stuffs, but occupancy rate is high. Why? because of maintenance, it means the residents there are discipline enough to pay monthly maintenance fee for the building they are staying and the management actually do the work of maintaining the building. check the laws if it is strong enough of that country on this regard too before you invest or buy it.

In other words, this ABC actually do his due diligence and make effort on his research before buying a condo unit.

A good indicator on buying or not to Jb properties is to take a quick look at the Jb forum. Those samsters including the moderator wuqi who bought landed houses or condos 10 years ago, they have deserted the forum.
