Anwar promoted these during his term with Dr M so I do not expect anything to change. Except previously, Chinese party was MCA and now it's DAP. One thing different is, DAP are not openly humiliated and insulted by it's coalition partner like MCA was as DAP hold biggest number of seats in Parliament. Therefore it's the biggest party in the coalition and by right, is should hold the PM position. Not anwar.
