It took me until now to realise why he used his 'Jason Bourne' passport. He knew he was being tracked, he knew he would be flagged at the airport and taken in. He knew he would be in a room with a CIA agent, knew he would get a call immediately, knew the agent would pull his gun to secure him. Knew he could take them both, did so then quickly copied the agent's sim card. Minutes later he knew exactly who was after him and why.
