The trailers might be fan / AI made, but a new Jason Bourne movie is really in development.

A sixth Jason Bourne movie is currently in development, with Matt Damon potentially returning to the title role, according to IMDb. The film is currently titled "Jason Bourne Exodus," with the working title "The Bourne Dilemma" previously used according to Wikipedia. "All Quiet on the Western Front" director Edward Berger is reportedly working on the film, which is expected to tie into the Treadstone television series, according to Wikipedia. I remember Matt Damon said in an interview after his last Bourne movie in 2016 that he was feeling the physical strain of acting as JB. He made the first JB movie in his 20s and the last one in his mid 40s. Can't imagine how difficult it is in his mid 50s
