Fyi, on this point, there are 2 schools of thought. Some psychologists & psychiatrists say there's no difference between the 2 terms, while other psychologists & psychiatrists say there is a difference. Just like how medical doctors routinely disagree on a great many things amongst themselves. There is no objective right or wrong (of course feel free to disagree), but only human opinions on what's right and wrong.
