[Video] - Artistic Synchronized Swimming = combining Swimming + Acrobatics + Dancing

Ask AI: Arobatics vs Gymnastics, what's the difference and which is an olympic sport?

Acrobatic gymnastics (acro) and artistic/rhythmic gymnastics are distinct disciplines, with acrobatics relying on partner teamwork (lifts, throws) and gymnastics focusing on individual apparatus, floor, or trampoline. Gymnastics (Artistic, Rhythmic, Trampoline) is an Olympic sport, while Acrobatic Gymnastics is not, though it appears in the World Games.

I’ve been messing around with ways to build body control for routines like this, and practicing on a trampoline has actually helped me get smoother with jumps and core stability. I grabbed one because it let me work on height and timing without needing pool time, and it made a bigger difference than I expected. It might give others a fun crossover training option too.
